Situated in a quiet cul- sac with views over rolling hills this tranquil setting is perfect for a restful holiday. Overlooking the pretty thatched roof tops of the village of Marlborough the location is ideal for Salcombe, this being a few minutes ride by car and minutes away from other beach locations including Hope Cove. The beautiful bays of North and South Sands are accessible by foot from the house as is the National Trust property, “Overbecks.”

Recently renovated to a high specification and tastefully decorated throughout this three bedroom split level bungalow which sleeps six, offers the following accommodation:

• Sitting room furnished with a view of relaxing with its deep sinking comfortable settees and also incorporating a dining area for up to six people to eat in;

• Kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine;

• Two double bedrooms each with a double wardrobe;

• Bunk room with a set of bunk beds;

• Bathroom with bath, overhead shower and toilet;

• and further separate toilet adjacent to the bedroom areas.

Outside is a lawned area to the front of the house and parking for two cars (not for boats though) and to the rear of the house an enclosed garden with views over the countryside. Within the enclosed garden area is a table and chairs for eating out of doors along with a barbeque. There is also a separate area for drying washing.
